Lead Instructional Designer

At Boston Children’s Health Physicians, we led the successful transition from HealthStream to MedTrainer, overseeing the design, deployment, and assignment of e-learning modules for over 1,200 employees across the pediatrics group.

This included:

  • Creating custom training programs tailored to compliance and clinical workflows.

  • Managing LMS administration, reporting, and user support to ensure seamless adoption.

  • Developing over 200 interactive courses for healthcare professionals, blending video, animation, and assessments.

  • Introducing innovative learning tools, such as virtual simulations and AI-powered modules, to boost engagement and retention.

This hands-on experience with large-scale healthcare organizations ensures that our solutions are tested, proven, and built for real-world challenges — from compliance readiness to workforce development.

At CareMount Medical, we partnered with one of the largest independent multi-specialty medical groups in New York to modernize staff training and compliance programs.
